What is Team Development?
There are many approaches to team development. At Riverwalk Coaching our approach is to work with teams to develop 1) a set of shared beliefs and values 2) an awareness of each others communication and working styles 3) a common goal and 4) an implementation plan to achieve the goal.
Our team development programme uses a combination of facilitated workshops and one-to-one coaching sessions. The program can be enhanced by including the Belbin Team Roles profiling tool and/or the Bar-On EQ-i assessment to provide further insight into how individual team members behave and communicate.
