What is the Belbin Team Roles assessment?
Belbin Team Roles is a 360 degree assessment tool that is based on the concept that people have a tendency to behave, contribute and interrelate with others in a particular way. In the Belbin model there are nine basic behavioural tendencies or 'roles'. We use a combination of these roles in our work life but we each tend to have particular roles that we favour.
Understanding your Belbin Team Role profile can help you improve your communication, identify areas for development and align your approach to suit different situations. While this information is very useful in an individual context, its usefulness is exponentially greater in a team context.

Belbin Individual Report
- €120 including 90 minute debrief coaching session.
- The Belbin report will provide you with feedback on your behavioural styles based on your own self-perception as well as the input of your chosen observers.
- It includes an informative counselling section, character profile and personal work style reports.
- This information can help you improve your communication skills and provides a sound basis on which to build a personal development programme.
- The report is also very useful in preparing for job interviews and career change, as it helps you understand your strengths and weakness.

Belbin Team Roles Event - Option 1 (without coaching)
- €100/person based on a group of 10.
- Includes Belbin Individual Report for each participant and 1/2 Day team debrief session.
- The 1/2 day session is designed to raise awareness among the team of each members behavioural styles. This fosters understanding and facilitates more effective communication within the team.
- The Belbin Team Roles Event is designed as a stand alone experience, however the learning from this experience can also be used to bolster existing team building programmes.
Belbin Team Roles Event - Option 2 (with coaching)
- €160/person based on a group of 10.
- Includes Belbin Individual Report for each participant, 90 minute debrief coaching session for each participant and 1/2 day team debrief session.
- This option provides the same experience as Option 1 above, however the inclusion of individual coaching sessions for each participant adds to the overall effectiveness of the event.
- Each team member will receive a full debrief coaching session designed to help them identify srategies for developing their least preferred style, while maximising the strengths of their most prefered styles.
